How long will my delivery take?  

Orders received before 3pm will be processed for next day delivery. Orders received after 3pm will be despatched the next working day.

Is there a delivery charge?

Delivery is free to UK mainland customers and within Northern Ireland.

Do you deliver to my area?

Delivery is to UK mainland and Northern Ireland only via the Buy On-line site. If you would like a delivery elsewhere, please contact us on Freephone 0800 013 1220.

Can I request product samples before I place my order?

Yes, you can request samples via the sample request page, or you can call Freephone 0800 052 1394 to speak to our customer services team.

Do I need to be an existing Pelican customer to order on-line?

The Buy On-line Pelican shopping site is available for anyone to use whether you are a new or existing customer. To set up an account is quick, easy and will only take you a few minutes to complete.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo and Maestro.

How will I receive acknowledgement of my order?

We will send you an email which will confirm the details of your order with your unique reference number.

This unique reference number should be quoted if you need to contact the Customer Services Team regarding a query on an order.

Who should I contact if I encounter a problem using the Pelican Buy On-line shopping site?

What if I forget my user password?

If you forget your password when logging into your account, there is an option underneath the log in box.  You will be asked for your email address and your password will be emailed to you immediately.

Am I able to amend my order once its been completed on-line?

If you have ordered incorrectly please contact the Customer Services Team on freephone 0800 013 1220 immediately.  We will then cancel your order enabling you to re-order correctly.
