What is Vitamin E?
Vitamin E is an important fat-soluble antioxidant that’s been used for over 50 years in dermatology to treat numerous skin conditions, from sunburn to acne. It can be found naturally in a variety of plants, like avocados, almonds and mangoes.
As a key ingredient in many cosmetics like moisturisers, body wash and sun cream, Vitamin E is much-loved for its clinically proven ability to moisturise, reduce inflammation and penetrate deep into the skin³.
